Have a willingness to serve and learn

Be reliable and committed to the assigned tasks
Possess basic communication skills (helpful but not mandatory for all roles)
Be ready to work in teams and collaborate on community projects
Note: Prior experience is not required. Training will be provided for all active volunteers.
