Our commitment
We want everyone who interacts with Prerit Welfare Foundation - donors, volunteers, applicants, beneficiaries, partners and members of the public - to be treated fairly and with respect. If something has gone wrong, we want to know so that we can put it right and improve.
You can raise a grievance about a donation or receipt, an application or selection decision, the behaviour of a volunteer or staff member, a programme or service, or the way your personal data has been handled. Grievances are handled confidentially, and no one will face any adverse treatment for raising a concern in good faith.
