Many young people and adults want to work but lack the practical skills, guidance or confidence that employers look for.
Our Skill Development & Training programme helps them get there. We offer vocational and digital training, career guidance, interview preparation and information about job opportunities, along with guidance for those who want to start their own small enterprise.

Is the training free?
Yes. Our skill development activities are free for participants. We never charge a fee for training or placement support.
Do you guarantee a job after training?
No one can honestly guarantee a job. We help participants build skills, prepare for interviews and learn about suitable openings – the hiring decision is always the employer’s.
Can employers recruit through you?
Employers with genuine openings can write to us. We share opportunities with participants who match the requirements.
Someone offered me a job in your name for a fee. Is it genuine?
No. We never ask for money for training or jobs. Please report such requests through our Report Fraud page.
