About the programme

Marketing skills for the digital age

Digital marketing helps individuals find work, small businesses find customers and community groups reach the people they serve. This programme teaches the essentials in a practical, ethical way.

Sessions cover how search engines and social media platforms work, how to plan simple campaigns, how online advertising is set up and measured, and how to build a professional personal brand online.

We emphasise honest marketing: clear information, respect for privacy and no misleading claims. Participants practise with examples from small businesses and social causes.

  • Teach the fundamentals of search, social media and online advertising
  • Help small businesses and self-employed people reach customers online
  • Build employable digital marketing skills for young people
  • Promote ethical, transparent and privacy-respecting marketing
