We are here to help

Asking for help takes courage

If you or someone you know is going through a difficult time, please tell us. We listen with respect, keep your information confidential and do our best to help - or to guide you to the right support.

We can consider requests for education support, health and medical help, women's empowerment and Self-Help Group support, skill training and livelihood, food and ration support, and relief after disasters.

  • No fee - ever
  • Treated with dignity and in confidence
  • You can apply for someone else, with their consent
  • Guidance on government welfare schemes

Sending a request does not guarantee support, but every request is read with care. If we cannot help directly, we try to guide you to other support, such as government welfare schemes.
Do I have to pay anything?
Never. We do not charge any fee for requests. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please report it on our Report Fraud page.
I do not have an email address. Can I still apply?
Yes. Email is optional - we will contact you by phone. Keep your reference number safe; you can check the status with it and your mobile number.
Can I apply on behalf of someone else?
Yes, with their permission. Fill in their details, give a phone number where they or you can be reached, and mention your relationship in the description.
What if it is an emergency?
This form is not for emergencies. In a medical or other emergency, please call the national emergency number 112 first.
